Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, stacking, and shipping operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize inventory control using WMS systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Train staff on equipment operation and maintain all provided machinery in optimal condition
- Collaborate with procurement to manage stock levels and reorder points
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience supervising teams of 10+ employees
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
