Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage 15-person team with flexible scheduling capabilities
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement departments
- Generate performance reports and process improvement plans
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
