Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and conduct regular audits
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain productivity targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
