Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
