Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead team of 10+ warehouse associates with flexible scheduling options
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and compliance protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy through cycle counts
- Train and develop staff on new equipment and processes
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Forklift certification required
