Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 10-15 team members with flexible scheduling adjustments
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation and sales departments
- Train and develop warehouse staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Flexibility to work core hours (9 AM-3 PM) with adjustable schedule
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and inventory management skills
