Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during flexible shifts (day/evening/weekend options available)
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement efficient receiving/shipping processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics for seamless supply chain operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
