Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff during flexible shifts (early morning, afternoon, or evening)
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and customer service teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with flexible scheduling exposure
- Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures and safety compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
