Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement process improvements
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and resolve logistical challenges
- Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational adjustments
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (WMS)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends required)
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
