Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely shipments
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and workplace efficiency standards
- Optimize warehouse layout, equipment utilization, and workflow processes
- Generate operational reports and collaborate with logistics team on continuous improvement
- Manage technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) and troubleshoot operational issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and RF technology
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy (cycle count experience preferred)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
