Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and WMS software utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze operational metrics to drive efficiency improvements
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with flexible scheduling implementation
