Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts/audits
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and resolve conflicts
- Advanced problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends as needed
