Responsibilities
- Lead 10-15 member team in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean inventory management systems with 99% accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe working conditions
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow using WMS software
- Train and develop staff through performance-based coaching
- Manage cross-functional relationships with logistics and procurement teams
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
