Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless supply chain operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
