Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehousing practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized facility
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS software and RF scanning technology
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
