Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person team during receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean inventory management practices to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct daily safety audits and OSHA compliance training
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Manage WMS system updates and data integrity
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with procurement and transportation teams
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with distribution center focus
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory control expertise
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Valid Nevada driver's license
