Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during flexible shifts (early morning/late afternoon options)
- Optimize inventory management systems and ensure accurate stock levels
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless inbound/outbound logistics
- Train and develop team members using performance metrics
- Resolve operational challenges efficiently while maintaining productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills

- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends
