Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates with flexible scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain quality control standards
- Generate performance reports and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends coverage
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with inventory optimization methods
