Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person team during daily warehouse operations
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation and receiving departments
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends as needed)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license
