Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures and implement cycle counting systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily safety audits and hazard mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with shipping/receiving and quality control teams
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows for order fulfillment and storage
- Conduct regular team meetings and foster a positive work culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for peak operations
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
