- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates with flexible scheduling options
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely shipments
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage teams with flexible scheduling requirements
- Forklift certification and strong equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
