Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and performance
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and stock audits
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods with precision
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline transportation schedules
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends/early mornings
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
