Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task distribution and performance
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, minimizing discrepancies
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping processes to meet SLAs
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency
- Train and develop team members through coaching and mentorship
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
