- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS software
- Conduct safety training and OSHA compliance audits
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Manage performance metrics and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends during peak seasons)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
