Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, schedule, and lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient transportation scheduling
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster team development
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work variable shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
