Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and manage 10-15 team members with flexible scheduling coordination
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff development
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation and distribution plans
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to lead teams with flexible scheduling requirements
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
