Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient storage
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, packing, and shipping processes
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with proven leadership skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on process optimization
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends/peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics preferred
