Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure 100% accuracy through cycle counts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates.
- Optimize workflow processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational performance and metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Valid forklift and material handling certification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
