Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff daily, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Develop and execute efficient workflows for receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Conduct regular safety training and OSHA compliance audits
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and automation equipment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proven expertise in inventory management and WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring diverse teams
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
- Proficiency in warehouse automation technologies and IoT systems
