Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ warehouse associates through performance management and coaching
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and cycle counts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes using lean principles and WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forforklift operator certifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift safety trainer credentials
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record in team leadership and labor management
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent process optimization experience
- Strong analytical skills with inventory accuracy >99%
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
