Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 15-20 warehouse associates through performance coaching and development
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety procedures
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
