Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, and manage a team of 15+ warehouse staff with performance metrics
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems to reduce errors and improve efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet fulfillment deadlines
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
