Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment to ensure accuracy and operational readiness
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a positive work culture
- Proficiency in inventory control methods and WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
