Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and address any equipment or facility issues immediately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation carriers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
