Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures and implement WMS protocols
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and dock operations
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift safety programs
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless delivery coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred
