Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with purchasing, and minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and review reports on productivity, safety incidents, and inventory variances.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
