Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Managing and mentoring a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating stock replenishment.
- Preparing and analyzing operational reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the supply chain team to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
