Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and shipping activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
