Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and SOPs
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Manage cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution centers
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Advanced problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
