Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse team members, scheduling and delegating daily tasks
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring accurate inventory control and documentation
- Implement lean principles to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate with transportation teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop and motivate teams
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
