Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits for accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments
- Utilize WMS software to manage inventory and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
