Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and safety compliance
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce costs by 20%
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including shipping/receiving processes
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Resolve operational issues and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities
