Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, including forklift operators and pickers
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure zero-accident compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Forklift certification and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
