Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and resolve operational issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Paid Training candidates.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
