Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates with clear performance expectations
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Conduct regular quality checks and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and inventory teams
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- No warehouse experience needed – we train motivated candidates!
- Strong leadership potential and team management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
