Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and train a team of warehouse associates in safety protocols and productivity standards
- Optimize storage layouts and workflow processes to maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary—training provided!
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional equipment operation)
