Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and train warehouse associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance regulations
- Prepare daily reports on warehouse performance and operational metrics
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or supervisory experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership potential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
