Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock rotation to ensure accuracy
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet productivity targets
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain equipment functionality

Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
