- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and productivity standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load coordination
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong leadership potential with ability to motivate teams
