Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and coordinate a team of warehouse associates on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in logistics field
